BDP Holdings LLC is a Montclair, New Jersey–based real estate development firm focused on transforming complex, underutilized, and often historically sensitive properties into durable, community-centered places.
The firm works across acquisition, entitlement strategy, design management, and execution, with particular experience navigating multistakeholder environments and technically challenging redevelopment projects.
